The GOT Boost Smart Throttle System changes how your car responds to the accelerator, with driving modes you choose in a phone app. We fit it, set it up and show you how it works.

What it is
Your accelerator pedal sends a signal to the engine's computer. GOT Boost sits in between and adjusts that signal, so the car can respond more sharply, or more gently, depending on the mode you pick in the app.
It doesn't remap or open up the engine. It plugs into the connector behind the pedal, which is why it can be removed again.
Driving modes
GOT Boost lists 12 driving modes in its app, including these:
- EcoSofter pedal response, aimed at fuel efficiency.
- Off-RoadSmoother response to help prevent wheel spin on rough ground.
- AI ProLearns how you drive and adapts as you go.
- LockdownDisables the throttle completely, as an anti-theft measure.
- ValetRestricts power when someone else is parking the car.
